- Added support for workflows to the reports framework. Community owners can visualize workflows by status, start date, supplier or other attributes to understand the workflows in their community.
- Introduced a new help menu to the top bar, with direct links to the Connect Knowledge Base, release notes, and the FoodLogiQ Idea Portal. All customers are encouraged to contribute to our roadmap by sharing insights and ideas!

- Incident type authors can now add custom fields to the 'General' section of an incident type.
