- To access this section, click on the cog wheel in the upper right corner.
- Select the Admin section.
- Click on the Communities tab.
- Select the Supplier Status tab.
- On the Supplier Status page, you will see three categories of statuses: Onboarding, Onboarding Complete, and Inactive.
- To add a custom status, click on the "Add Status" link for the category you want to work with.
- In the text box that appears, type the name of the new Status you wish to create. Note, you can also rename a current Status by clicking on its name.
- Under the Default Transition column, select the Status you want to enable as the default Status when your supplier transitions into that category
- To delete a Status, click on the trash can to the right of the one you want to delete. There are two things to note about deleting a Status:
- You cannot delete a status that has one or more suppliers in that stage
- You cannot delete your Default Transition stats.
- You can also Edit the default Email Notification for each status.
- These messages will go to the supplier once their status changes. Here you can customize the Email Subject and Email Message.
