Introducing the Product Specification Audit assessment type to the assessments module! Product specification audits give users the ability to evaluate samples across multiple configurable attributes, ultimately allowing users to compare actual products to the master specification.
Template creators can define tolerance ranges for each attribute. Samples falling outside of the tolerance range will be flagged for the user.
Added product evaluation question statistics for each question, which automatically calculates minimums, maximums, and averages for each attribute across samples.
Extended the audit summary score page to show the results for product specification audits and individual product evaluation questions.
Customers can share the results of a product specification audit with their suppliers so that the suppliers can view the details of the audit.
Added the ability to export product specification audits to PDF and CSV format.
Added question-level assessment reports to the reporting module. Users can identify questions for which they would like to compare supplier responses.
Added assessment and audit score reports to the reporting module. Users can compare suppliers’ scores on an overall assessment or audit as well as a specific section or subsection. The mean score for the selected responses is available so users can easily visualize who is performing below or above their peers.
Other Assessment Enhancements
Assign supplier audits to specific individuals, either as part of an assessment schedule or on an ad-hoc basis. Assignees will be notified to complete the audit and can be adjusted as necessary.
Assessment templates that support pre-populating answers from previous responses will allow the assessment taker to choose which assessment to use to prepopulate the current response on an ad-hoc basis. Previously this was only available to scheduled assessments.
For supplier audits with scoring enabled, the audit can be shared back to the supplier so the supplier may review their performance on the audit.
For assessments based on templates associated with locations, the location is now a required field.
Limited the roles available for selection when configuring notifications to only those roles that have permissions to view assessments.
When sharing a supplier audit with the supplier, the question help text will be hidden. This allows template creators to use the help text to guide auditors on how to complete a question but ensures that suppliers will not see this information.
Improved assessment template copying to support setting in addition to questions and help text.
Users can export multiple assessment responses to a single CSV for offline analysis.
Documents that are automatically created from assessment attachments no longer have a predefined status. This allows users to differentiate between true documents that are awaiting approval and those uploaded as an attachment.
Introduced a new streamlined design for presenting information about a single product. The new interface allows users to view more attributes of a product on a single screen, and provides a clean look and feel for printing to PDF format.
Administrators can now choose to add image fields as a custom attribute on a product. The image attribute can be used to collect product images, case labels, or any other visual information about a product.
Redesigned the product type and location type administration pages to make it easier to add and edit custom attributes.
Updated the community requirements page to include the ability to view all configured requirements for a group of suppliers from a single screen.
When a supplier joins a community, updated the notifications to only be sent to the supplier’s buyer or the community contact if there are no buyers. Previously the notification would go to all users in the customer account.
Other small improvements, performance enhancements, and bug fixes.
