You can configure your Dashboard in Connect to reflect various supplier statuses and the number of open workflows, giving you a snapshot of your community’s progress:
More formal reporting options are available using the Reports feature. Click “Workflows” on the green toolbar, and apply filters as needed to build custom reports:
On your Workflows list view, Saved Views allow community owner users to quickly filter through different slices of supplier workflows. You can easily build a view for workflows that have yet to be started, another for workflows that are past due, and another for workflows that are assigned to community owner users, and share any of these views with other community owner users.
There are several ways to remind suppliers that they have pending workflow steps to complete. First, be sure to configure due dates on your supplier onboarding workflow steps. Additionally, community owner users can leave comments on workflow steps, reminding the user(s) assigned to those steps that they have work pending in Connect. Finally, for reminders to individual suppliers, groups of suppliers, or your entire community, the Community Message Center allows you to correspond with community contacts.
