My Dashboard is the primary landing page for Community Owners and internal users when logging in to FoodLogiQ. There are a few customizations you can update according to your preference and use case.
Personalize Branding
Change Cover Photo
Upload a community cover photo by hovering over the default image and clicking on the "Upload Cover Photo" button.

Recommended image format and sizing: JPEG format; 1700px (width) x 200px (height) at 72 pixels/inch
- The bottom 35px will be overlapped by the community banner, so any text in the image should be centered related to 165px
- Note: This cover photo will be displayed to your suppliers in their invitations to join Connect and in their dashboard view of your community, as well as on product PDF exports.
Upload Community Avatar
Upload a community avatar logo by hovering over the default image and clicking on the camera icon. This logo will be visible to your suppliers and internal users.
- Recommended image format and sizing: JPEG format; Min. 96px x 96px or 120px x 120px; Can resize in app
My Dashboard Widgets
The dashboard can be customized to display metrics, reports, and activities relevant to your responsibilities. Depending on your organization's FoodLogiQ products and permissions, widgets may be available for areas such as:
- Documents
- Assessments
- Products
- Locations
- Quality Management
- Recalls
- Traceability
- Reporting and Analytics
Changes made to My Dashboard affect only your personal dashboard unless the dashboard is later shared using role-based dashboard functionality.
Widget Categories
Available categories vary based on your organization's products and permissions but may include:
- Assessments
- Documents
- Events
- Form Entries
- Locations
- Products
- Suppliers
- To-Dos
- Withdrawals
- Workflows
Add a Widget
- Navigate to My Dashboard.
- Click the + icon in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
- Browse the available widget categories.
- Select the widget you want to add.
Once added, the widget will appear on your dashboard.
Remove a Widget
- Hover over the widget you want to remove.
- Click the X in the upper right corner.
- Confirm the removal and click Delete.
The widget will be removed from your dashboard.
Rearrange Widgets
Widgets can be repositioned to create a dashboard layout that works best for you.
- Click and hold the widget header.
- Drag the widget to the desired location.
- Release the widget to place it in its new position.
Widgets are automatically arranged based on their size and available space.
Dashboard Layout Tips
Consider organizing widgets based on how frequently you use the information. Examples include:
- Place compliance and to-do widgets near the top for quick visibility.
- Group similar widgets together, such as Documents, Assessments, and Suppliers.
- Position reporting and trend widgets lower on the dashboard if they are reviewed less frequently.
