Navigating the Supplier Dashboard

The Supplier Dashboard is the primary landing page suppliers see when they log in to FoodLogiQ Connect. The dashboard provides visibility into onboarding activities, compliance requirements, open tasks, and resources shared by your customer.

Dashboard content is configured by the Community Owner, so the information and widgets displayed may vary between communities.

Accessing Your Dashboard

When you log in to FoodLogiQ Connect, you will be directed to your Supplier Dashboard.

At the top of the page, you will see your customer's name, logo, and community branding. If you participate in multiple communities, you can switch between communities using the dropdown menu next to the community name.

Common Dashboard Components

The Supplier Dashboard is designed to help you understand what actions require attention and provide quick access to information shared by your customer.

Depending on how your community owner has configured the dashboard, you may see some or all of the following components.

Quick Actions

Quick Actions provide shortcuts to commonly used tasks, allowing you to complete activities without navigating to other areas of the platform.

Examples may include:

  • Adding users
  • Sharing products
  • Sharing locations
  • Updating company information

Workflows

Some communities use workflows to guide suppliers through onboarding or other business processes.

Workflows provide step-by-step instructions and help ensure required tasks are completed in the correct order.

Examples may include:

  • Completing onboarding requirements
  • Updating company information
  • Sharing products and locations
  • Submitting required documentation

To-Do List

The To-Do List displays outstanding items that require your attention.

Depending on your customer's requirements, to-dos may include:

  • Missing documents
  • Expired documents
  • Assessment requests
  • Product requirements
  • Location requirements

Required items typically appear before optional items.

Community News and Resources (Suppliers in Onboarding Only)

Community Owners can use the dashboard to share announcements, training materials, support information, and other helpful resources.

This section may include:

  • Knowledge base articles
  • Training videos
  • Program updates
  • Important announcements
  • Support contact information

Review this area regularly, as it often contains information specific to your customer's onboarding and compliance programs.

Dashboard Customization

Supplier Dashboards are maintained by the Community Owner and may differ from one community to another.
