Customer feedback helps Trustwell prioritize enhancements and better understand customer needs. The Trustwell Idea Exchange gives Trustwell customers a direct way to share product feedback, suggest enhancements, and help shape future improvements.
You can use the Idea Exchange to:
- Submit new feature ideas
- Request workflow or usability improvements
- Suggest new reports or functionality
- Notify Trustwell about emerging regulatory requirements that may impact compliance
Note: The Idea Exchange is intended for product enhancement requests and regulatory support needs only. It should not be used to report bugs, request technical support, or submit urgent issues.
Access the Idea Exchange
To open the Idea Exchange within FoodLogiQ:
- Log in to FoodLogiQ
- Click the
Resource Center icon in the lower-left corner of the application
- Select Trustwell Idea Exchange
- Search submissions for related ideas and add feedback.
- If idea does not exist yet, click the Submit Feedback button in the upper right corner.
Types of Feedback You Can Submit
Ideas
Ideas are suggestions for new features or improvements that could enhance the FoodLogiQ experience.
Examples include:
- New reports or dashboards
- Workflow enhancements
- User interface improvements
- Efficiency or automation requests
Regulatory Requests
Regulatory Requests help Trustwell identify emerging compliance needs and regulations customers may need supported within the platform.
Examples include:
- New labeling requirements
- Country-specific compliance updates
- Industry regulation changes
Understanding Idea Statuses
Ideas submitted to the Idea Exchange move through different stages as they are reviewed and evaluated.
Gathering Feedback
Trustwell is reviewing the idea and collecting customer interest and feedback.
Ideas in this stage are not yet committed for development.
Planned
The idea is planned for future development, though scope and timing may still change.
In Development
The idea is actively being developed and is expected to be included in an upcoming release.
Vote and Follow Ideas
- Submit your own ideas
- Vote on existing ideas by indicating level of importance
- Follow requests you’re interested in
- Provide additional feedback or business context
