Configuring Incident Reporting

You can create an unlimited number of custom reports to visualize your supply chain data. By saving relevant reports in your FoodLogiQ Connect Dashboard views, you can then easily refer to them in the future and share them with your team. This article will provide examples of customizable incident reports that can act as a guide for the creation of additional reports.

 

Accessing Custom Reporting

Once logged in to your FoodLogiQ Connect account, click on the Reports link on the left hand side of the screen

Creating Customized Incident Reporting

It’s easy to create and save custom reports based on the data that’s important to you. Below are some examples of some custom built reports, along with the steps taken to create them:

Bar Graph of Incident Types

Steps Taken:

  1. Click on the Reports link on the left side of the page
  2. Click the + button  on the upper right corner
  3. Select bar graph on the choose graph type dropdown menu
  4. Name your new graph
  5. Choose Incident Type on the group by dropdown menu
  6. Click the Filter Icon and select Incident Type
  7. Click “Any” and select the incident types you would like to appear on the graph
  8. Select which graph size you would like to use (small or large)
  9. Click the Add Graph button. Your new graph will appear on your dashboard.

Steps Taken:

  1. Click on the Reports link on the left side of the page

  3. Select Heatmap on the choose graph type dropdown menu
  4. Name your new graph
  5. Choose location on the group by dropdown menu
  6. Click the Filter Icon Funnell.png and select Incident Type
  7. Click “Any” and select the incident types you would like to appear on the graph
  8. Select which graph size you would like to use (small or large)
  9. Click the Add Graph button. Your new graph will appear on your dashboard.

Pie Graph of Incidents

Steps Taken:

  1. Click on the Reports link on the left side of the page

  3. Select Pie Graph on the Choose Graph Type Dropdown Menu
  4. Name your new graph
  5. Choose Issue Type on the group by dropdown menu

  7. Click “Any” and select the Incident Types you would like to appear on the graph
  8. Select which graph size you would like to use (small or large)
  9. Click the Add Graph button. Your new graph will appear on your dashboard.

Time Line Graph of Incidents

Steps Taken:

  1. Click on the Reports link on the left side of the page
  2. Click the + button on the upper right corner
  3. Select Timeline Graph on the choose Graph Type Dropdown Menu
  4. Name your new graph
  5. Choose what you would like to group the graph by
  6. Select to group by a Sum or a Count
  7. Choose your time granularity (grouping by days, months, or weeks)
  8. Click the Filter Icon and select and select a desired time frame
  9. Select which size you would like to use (small or large)
  10. Click the Add Graph button. Your new graph will appear on your dashboard.
