Getting Started
- Make sure your device is updated to the most recent OS and your FoodLogiQ mobile application is updated to version 2.14 or later.
- Once logged in, tap on Settings in the bottom right corner to enable notifications by toggling on "Allow Notifications".
- Note: Notifications aren't required, but when enabled, you'll be notified when the withdrawal is initiated.
3. Set a default location if one is not set already from this settings menu as well
Note: If you don't have a location set and tap on Withdrawals, you'll be prompted to select a location.
Responding to a Withdrawal
- Once a location is set, tapping on the Withdrawls tab will show you two lists:
- Response Needed: These are open withdrawals that need a response from your location. The red notification number on the tab is the count of withdrawals that need attention.
- Completed: These are responses your location has already submitted. These can be edited after submission, but will become uneditable once the withdrawal is closed.
3. Tapping on an open withdrawal in the Response Needed tab will open the withdrawal details page where you can see information about the product(s) that need to be addressed. This page might contain special instructions or additional information about the withdrawal.
4. Tapping the next > button at the bottom will move you to the next page, which will show the Product Details page.

- You will see relevant details like the product lot and relevant dates.
- You will need to enter the relevant information that is requested.
- NOTE: Quantity and Units fields on the product details pages should be filled in with a zero (0) if truly zero. A blank field would not be accepted as zero and you'll not be able to submit the response.
- You may also be required to upload photos of the products.
- There might be more than one product, if so, there will be a page for each product listed within the withdrawal.
5. Once all Product Details pages have been filled out, you'll land on the confirmation page as the last page of the withdrawal. Here you will see all information that you've entered on previous pages.

- If "Require Supporting Documentation" is enabled, you'll be required to upload at least one photo, if you haven't already.
- The Submit Response button will not become active until all required fields have been filled in. If your Submit Response button is not blue, you will need to check all fields to make sure they're filled out. You can tap < to return to previous pages.
6. Once submitted, you'll land on the Completed tab. From there you can edit the response up until the point that the withdrawal is closed.
