The FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App allows users to access traceability, food safety, and operational workflows from a mobile device. Before you can begin using the application, you must install the app and log in using your FoodLogiQ Connect credentials.
Before You Begin Verify that:
- You have an active FoodLogiQ Connect user account.
- Your account has permission to access the required mobile workflows.
- Your device meets the supported operating system requirements.
- You have an internet connection available for initial login.
Download the Mobile App
Install the latest version of the FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App from your device's app store.
Android Devices
Download the application from the Google Play Store.
iOS Devices
Download the application from the Apple App Store.
Note
FoodLogiQ recommends enabling automatic application updates to ensure you have access to the latest functionality and security enhancements.
Log In to the Mobile App
- Open the FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App.
- Enter your FoodLogiQ Connect Username.
- Enter your Password.
- Select Log In.
After successful authentication, the application will load the workflows and permissions associated with your account.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Invalid Username or Password
If you receive an authentication error:
- Verify your username and password.
- Confirm that you can successfully log in to FoodLogiQ Connect through a web browser.
- Contact your company administrator if you believe your account credentials have changed.
Unable to Access Expected Features
Mobile access is controlled by user permissions within FoodLogiQ Connect.
If you successfully log in but do not see the expected forms, audits, events, or workflows, contact your FoodLogiQ administrator to verify your account permissions.
Logging Into the Wrong Environment
Organizations that utilize both Production and Preview environments must ensure the mobile application is connected to the correct environment.
If your credentials work in one environment but not another, verify the configured environment URL.

Session Timeout
Mobile session timeout settings are managed through user role configurations within FoodLogiQ Connect. Depending on your organization's security settings, you may be required to log in again after a period of inactivity.
