Switch Between Production and Preview Environments in the FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App

The FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App can be configured to connect to either your Production environment or your Preview environment. This allows users to test mobile workflows in Preview without submitting data to Production.

Use this article when you need to confirm which environment the mobile app is connected to or update the environment URL.

Before You Begin Verify that:

  • You have installed the FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App.
  • You have login credentials for the environment you want to access.
  • You know whether you need to access Production or Preview.

Note

Production and Preview environments are separate. Data and user accounts may not be the same across both environments.

Environment URLs

Use the appropriate URL for the environment you want to access.

Change the Environment URL

  1. Open the FoodLogiQ Connect Mobile App.
  2. Select the Settings icon, represented by a gear, in the lower-right corner of the screen.
  3. Select URL from the sidebar.
  4. Tap the current URL value.
  5. Update the URL to the appropriate environment URL.
  6. Save your changes.
  7. Return to the login screen.
  8. Log in using credentials for the selected environment.

Confirm You Are in the Correct Environment

After logging in, verify that the information shown in the mobile app matches the environment you intended to access.

For example:

  • Use Production when completing real operational work.
  • Use Preview when testing workflows, validating configuration, or confirming expected behavior before using Production.

Troubleshooting

My login works in Production but not Preview

Production and Preview may have separate user accounts. Confirm that your user account exists in the environment you are trying to access.

I do not see the expected data

Verify that the app is connected to the correct environment URL. Production and Preview contain separate data.

I changed the URL but still cannot log in

Confirm that the URL is entered exactly as shown, including https:// and the trailing slash /.

If the issue continues, contact your FoodLogiQ administrator or Support team.
