Dashboard Types

My Dashboard

My Dashboard is the primary dashboard for Community Owners and internal users.

This dashboard provides visibility into supply chain activity across your community and can be personalized by each individual user.

Common uses include:

  • Monitoring supplier compliance
  • Tracking quality issues and corrective actions
  • Viewing recall activity and progress
  • Reviewing traceability metrics
  • Monitoring supplier scorecards
  • Accessing reports and analytics

Each user can customize their own My Dashboard by adding, removing, and rearranging available widgets.

Supplier Onboarding Dashboard

The Supplier Onboarding Dashboard is displayed to suppliers who are assigned a status within an onboarding category.

This dashboard is designed to guide suppliers through the onboarding process by highlighting required actions and providing access to helpful resources.

Common components include:

  • Quick Actions
  • Onboarding Workflows
  • To-Do Lists
  • Community Announcements
  • Training Resources
  • Support Information

Suppliers will continue to see the Supplier Onboarding Dashboard until they are assigned an active supplier status.

Supplier Dashboard

The Supplier Dashboard is displayed to suppliers after they have completed onboarding and been assigned an active status such as Approved or Completed.

This dashboard focuses on ongoing supplier compliance and participation within the community.

Common widgets may include:

  • Documents
  • Assessments
  • Products
  • Locations
  • Quality Metrics
  • Recall Activity
  • Community News
  • Reporting Widgets

The specific widgets displayed depend on how the Community Owner has configured the dashboard.

Dashboard Administration

Dashboard permissions vary depending on the dashboard type.

Dashboard Who Can Configure It
My Dashboard Individual User
Supplier Onboarding Dashboard Community Owner or Administrator
Supplier Dashboard Community Owner or Administrator

Suppliers cannot customize or modify their own dashboards. Supplier-facing dashboards are maintained by the Community Owner and are shared across suppliers within the community.

Community Owners can create separate dashboard experiences for onboarding suppliers and active suppliers, allowing different information and resources to be presented at each stage of the supplier lifecycle.

How Supplier Dashboards Are Assigned

The dashboard a supplier sees is determined by their supplier status.

Onboarding Status → Supplier Onboarding Dashboard

Active Status (Approved, Completed, etc.) → Supplier Dashboard

When a supplier's status changes from an onboarding status to an active status, the dashboard displayed upon login changes automatically.
