Playbook includes AI-assisted tools to help draft content, generate document sections, identify hazards, and answer regulatory questions while you work.
Suggest with AI
Use Suggest with AI to generate a draft answer for an individual question.
When selected, AI generates a context-aware response using:
- Your document metadata
- Previous answers
- Regulatory authority
- Active workspace memories
Review the suggested response, make any necessary edits, and accept it to populate the field.
If the suggestion does not meet your needs, you can generate another one.
Generate Section
After completing a step, select Generate Section to create formatted document content.
The generated content combines your responses into regulatory-appropriate prose.
You can edit the generated text before continuing. The finalized content becomes part of your completed document.
Hazard Suggestions
This feature is especially useful when creating HACCP documents. After defining your process steps, select Suggest Hazards to populate the Hazard Analysis table.
AI identifies:
- Biological hazards
- Chemical hazards
- Physical hazards
Review each suggested hazard, adjust the severity, and define the appropriate control measures.
AskReg Regulatory Chat Assistant
The AskReg AI Assistant panel appears on the right side of the Interview Wizard on larger screens.
Use the assistant to:
- Ask regulatory questions.
- Request clarification.
- Brainstorm control measures.
The assistant uses the context of your current document, including its type, regulatory authority, and current interview step.
Note
Responses are provided as guidance only. Always verify recommendations against your applicable regulations.
Assumption Review
When AI is uncertain about information, it may identify inferred content with assumption markers.
If assumptions are present:
- An Assumptions Made badge [ASSUMPTION] appears on the affected Interview Wizard steps.
- Use the review banner to move between assumptions.
- Replace inferred content with verified information.
Assumption markers also appear when editing finalized document content in Preview.
Reviewing assumptions helps improve document quality and your assembly quality score.
