Profiles create separate workspaces for your facilities, brands, or operating units.
Each profile is a self-contained workspace with its own documents, compliance manuals, audit readiness score, settings, and workspace memories.
When you first access Playbook, you'll be prompted to create your first profile. You can create additional profiles at any time from Settings > Profiles.
Create a Profile
To create a profile, provide the following information:
- Profile Name – A name to identify the workspace. This can be changed later.
- Industry – Select one or more industries that apply to your operation.
- Operation Size – Choose Small, Medium, or Large.
- Primary Market – Select where you primarily sell your products.
- Target GFSI Schemes (Optional) – Select the certification schemes that apply to your operation, or choose Add Suggested Schemes.
- Business Details (Optional) – Enter your legal business name and facility name and address.
Tracked Manuals
When creating a profile, Playbook recommends document types based on your selected industry.
Use the Tracked Manuals for Your Audit Readiness Score section to choose which document types should contribute to your Audit Readiness score.
These recommendations can be adjusted before creating the profile and updated later from Settings > Auditing.
Switching Profiles
Use the profile selector in the header to switch between profiles.
Each profile maintains its own:
- Documents
- Compliance Manuals
- Audit Readiness score
- Settings
- Workspace Memories
Manage Profiles
Open Settings > Profiles to manage your workspaces.
From here you can:
- Create new profiles
- Edit existing profiles
- Delete profiles
Note
Deleting a profile removes its associated documents and settings.
