Enable and Manage User Access to Compliance Playbook

Playbook is available to current FoodLogiQ Compliance customers. Before users can access Playbook, it must first be enabled for your organization.

Before You Begin

An administrator must request access to Compliance Playbook by completing the request form:

Step 1: Request Playbook for Your Organization

A FoodLogiQ Compliance administrator should submit the Playbook access request form above.

After the request is received:

• Support enables Compliance Playbook for your organization. 
• Support creates the administrator's Playbook login. 
• The administrator receives their login credentials by email. 

Once this process is complete, the administrator can begin managing Playbook access for other users.

Step 2: Grant Playbook to Users

Playbook is enabled by default for Administrators with Compliance, but can be enabled via role permission for additional user roles. 

1. Click the Settings icon in the upper right.

2. Select User Management

   

3. Click the Roles tab

   

4. Open a current role or  create a new one

5. Check Playbook under My Information

   

6. Click Save in the upper right of the page

Users who are assigned the Playbook permission will now see Playbook in the left navigation.

Step 3: Each User Must Request Access

Assigning the Playbook permission does not allow a user to sign in immediately. Every user must complete the Playbook access request form before they can log in.

After a user's request is processed, they can use their Playbook credentials to sign in.
