The Risk Analysis Report has three major sections:
- Executive Summary
- Risk Assessment Details with Risk Impact Scores for each section.
- Risk Matrix
Please note that AI suggestions should always be validated by humans with company knowledge and product expertise; AI can make mistakes and does not constitute legal advice. AI can, however, detect when a product’s risk has changed due to selected factors and alerts the user.
Executive Summary
The Executive Summary provides an overview of the Risk Analysis report with a time stamp of when it was last updated.
Risk Assessment Details
This section provides an evaluation on each of the risk factors selected in the template, providing the corresponding score on the risk matrix for both Likelihood and Severity, a brief summary, suggestions for preventive controls (if any) and links that explore the Rationale.
When the risk increases or decreases between updates, the report indicates in the top right-hand corner the change to the risk score.
The Risk Matrix
The report displays the Risk Matrix as defined in the Risk Analysis Template at the bottom.
In addition to the main report, the sidebar allows the user to see the link to the product, view the history, download, or add a comment.
