The product will scan on a nightly basis for five specific risk factors that have a higher tendency of changing: bioterrorism, natural disasters, socio-political, recalls, and food fraud. If nothing changes, the report will remain the same. If one of those five items changes, the report will be updated and the version will change. The rest of the risk factors will be scanned on the minimum frequency update.
To define which Risk Factors you would like to see in your report:
- Access the Risk Management templates by clicking on the sprocket next to Risk Management and choosing the appropriate template.
- Toggle to the Settings & Notifications tab.
- Add Risk Factors by using the drop-down menu and delete Risk Factors already displayed by clicking the x next to their names.
- Set the minimum update frequency by choosing a number from the down menu and months or years. *The AI Agent will proactively update the Risk Analysis Report for each product as necessary. This minimum update frequency will force an update even if the agent has not found any updates.
