Responding to Risk Alerts

Note: This feature is available in Preview for the Q3 release. The details in this article may change before the official release.

When a risk report is flagged for review, the user roles selected in the template for Notifications will be alerted via email. The Risk will also be seen on the Risk Management list view. Risks can be sorted or filtered in this view for high to low risk or Needs Review (orange), Reviewed (green) or No Review Needed (black).

For example, these Alfalfa Sprouts had a Risk Rating of 9 and a Needs Review status.

Upon opening the report, scroll down to see where the highest risk exists. In this case, there were high risks for Biological and Salmonella.

The AI agent has provided some preventive controls, including requiring outbreak-specific supplier attestation and additional testing. With these recommendations, the user can put a supplier on probation and require additional testing. Those requirements can be set up in the system. If there was a biohazard alert due to a specific supplier, the user can require the supplier to go through re-qualification.

Once reviewed, the user can add a comment to outline specific plans while leaving the alert open, using the comment box in the top right-hand corner, or the user can Review, add a comment and their e-signature to close out the risk alert.
