Getting Started with FoodLogiQ Risk Management

Note: This feature is available in Preview for the Q3 release. The details in this article may change before the official release.

FoodLogiQ Risk Management uses an AI agent to conduct risk analyses and provide notifications to specific roles when products move risk levels.  The AI agent unifies supplier, product, and location data to move from reactive to proactive analysis. The result is an easy to read, regularly updated report that provides recommendations to mitigate risk.

These reports are generated from risk templates where users can determine risk scoring, risk matrices definitions, and rating assessment templates, that align with their internal safety standards for chosen products.

Users can have three to five levels of risk in their risk matrix.

The risk scale can be divided evenly among risk levels as it is above or edited to put more focus on risks in certain categories.

The user can adjust the Risk Factors that should be considered and minimum update frequency.
The template also allows the user to identify which products should be included and provide additional context, such as risk mitigation plans already in place.

When a high-priority risk is flagged, the user roles selected in the template for Notifications will be alerted via email.

People in selected roles are given a certain number of days to review risk and provide an e-signature.
