FoodLogiQ Q3 2026 Release Notes

Introduced FoodLogiQ Risk Management, an AI agent that conducts risk analysis, unifying supplier, product, and location data to move from reactive to proactive analysis. Risk Management produces an automatically updated report that provides recommendations to mitigate risk.
Added ability to tailor Risk Management templates to two to five levels of risk and adjust the scale to add or remove emphasis from risk levels.
Added ability to select which risks require monitoring, the minimum update frequency, and which products to target in the Scope.
Added ability to automate role notifications when risks escalate to a new level via the dashboard and email and require review and e-signature.

Added ability to require an e-signature for Document workflows when creating, reviewing, approving, or rejecting.
Updated Assessment and Audit PDF exports to include e-signature blocks, capturing point-in-time data for auditable compliance records.
Resolved an issue where matrix multi-select answers appeared blank in assessments after approval or rejection.

Supplier Upload Restrictions: Removed the ability for suppliers to upload documents to their account without sharing them with a community, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and managed.
Audit Scheme Updates: Added a new "Non Ultra Processed Foods" section to the third-party audit document dropdown to support evolving food safety standards.
Added ability to require an e-signature for Document workflows when creating, reviewing, approving, or rejecting.

Status Color Coding: Introduced color-coded status bars for Form Entries (formerly Incidents), enabling users to assign custom colors to workflow steps for quick visual identification in list views and detail pages.
Field Retention: Enhanced the form creation experience by retaining field values when switching between form types that share common fields, reducing manual re-entry.
Image Viewer Improvements: Added the ability to close the image viewer on form entries using the Escape key or by clicking outside the image for a smoother review workflow.
Modal Title Updates: Updated the Edit Entry modal to display the entry number in the title, providing immediate confirmation of the record being edited.
Added ability to manually translate form entries into other languages to match user language preferences.

Added ability to require an e-signature for internal specification workflows when creating, reviewing, approving, or rejecting.

Added ability to require an e-signature for Location workflows when creating, reviewing, approving, or rejecting.

Country of Origin Visibility: Added a "Country of Origin" column and filter to the Products list views, providing better visibility into sourcing data.
Flexible Product Imports: Improved the Product Import process to be header-based, allowing users to upload CSV files with only the columns they need to update, in any order.
Added ability to require an e-signature for Product workflows when creating, reviewing, approving, or rejecting.
