Supplier Scorecards
- Added a 90-day change calculation to see the change in a supplier’s score over time.
- Added a comparison calculation to assess whether the supplier’s score is below average, average, or above average in comparison to the scores of suppliers in the same supplier group.
- Added the ability to delete a supplier scorecard template.
- Updated tooltips on the scoring tab to be more informative based on entered scoring ranges.
- Added a Yes/No question as an option for the Custom Question type.
FoodLogiQ Traceability
Investigations
- Introduced a new Investigations interface to the FoodLogiQ Traceability product. The new Investigations feature allows users to trace products at a batch-lot level along their supply chain. Users can identify gaps in their Critical Tracking Event (CTE) data, create a withdrawal directly from an investigation, see a timeline and map view of the movement of product, and more.
- The feature previously called Investigations is renamed to Investigations Classic.
- Users can export the event data in their investigation to FSMA 204 ESS (Electronic Sortable Spreadsheet) format in compliance with the updates made in Section 204 of the Food Safety and Modernization Act (FSMA). Exports to this format will download a zip file containing the relevant event, location, and product information required by the FDA for FSMA 204.

Withdrawals
- Added the ability to copy existing withdrawals to quickly reissue or extend a withdrawal, accelerating the recall process and reducing the risk of errors.
FoodLogiQ Setup
Administration
- Added the ability to easily configure, edit, and remove supplier groups, condensing location and product groups into one.
Dashboard
- Added the ability for administrators to configure unique dashboards and assign them per role, placing relevant information in front of FoodLogiQ users from your business as soon as they log in.
- Resolved an issue where news postings were unable to be removed from the community news widget.
Locations
- Added “Airports” as a location category when adding a new location.
Sitewide
Branding
- Updated the email branding to Trustwell for Workflows, CAPAs, Weekly Digest, Incidents, and Document notification emails.
