FoodLogiQ Compliance
Audits & Assessments
- Added the ability for users to add a column and filter for the count of Corrective Actions on an Audit/Assessment.
Documents
- Added Intertek - Costco GMP Re-Packaging Facility Assessment scheme as an option for Audit documents.
- Resolved an issue where commas were displaying between characters used in custom selection lists.
FoodLogiQ Traceability
Investigations
- Updated the map lines when conducting an investigation where many locations are involved.
Specifications
- Added the ability for internal and external locations to request a variance from the Community Owner. In the specific template, users can define which attributes are eligible for variance requests.
- Fields are only editable by locations if a variance request is allowed. Genesis Foods integration attributes do not allow variance requests.
- Orchestration between users sends email notifications once there is action to be taken by the user for their next step in the process.
- Users can add comments and approve or reject each element of the Variance Request. Accepted variances are shown as green and rejected variances are shown in red.
FoodLogiQ Quality Management
Incidents
- Resolved an issue where incidents could not be updated after clicking a share link.
FoodLogiQ Traceability
Events
- Added Harvesting (Agriculture), Cooling, and Packing critical tracking events (CTEs) for activities that are traditionally performed on farms to remove raw agricultural products (RACs) from the locations they are grown or raised and prepare them for use as food. Each CTE aligns with the final FSMA 204 rule for its key date elements (KDEs).
- Added Reference Document and Reference Document ID to all event types.
- Users will see an updated experience for all event types when adding, editing, and viewing event details.
FoodLogiQ Recall
Withdrawls
- Added the ability for unauthenticated users to see custom attributes when responding to a withdrawal.
FoodLogiQ Setup
Dashboard
- Users can now add Incident Status Widgets to their dashboards. Previously, these widgets were only available on Supplier Dashboards.
- Resolved an issue where some users were seeing an error when viewing the Quality Incident by Product Group widget.
Reporting
- Resolved an issue where some graphs were displaying the wrong dates.
Message Center
- Resolved an issue where suppliers had issues sending messages to their community.
User Management & Roles
- Added the ability for users to invite supplier user contacts after the supplier has added approved email domains at the bottom of the business' administration page.
- Users can see eligible email domains, invite users, and monitor pending invitations on the supplier summary page, alleviating the need to contact support to add new users to supplier accounts.
Sitewide & Performance
Authentication Experience
- Resolved an issue where some users were not logged out after using the new log in experience.
