The Interview Wizard guides you through creating a document one step at a time.
Wizard Navigation
The wizard displays one step at a time and includes a progress bar at the top of the page.
As you work:
- Your answers are saved automatically.
- You can close the wizard and return to your document at any time from Documents.
- On larger screens, the outline panel displays each section and its completion status.
- Use Back and Next to move between steps.
- The final step prepares your document for assembly.
- You can edit your document settings, including the name, regulatory authority, and certification schemes, without losing your answers.
Question Types
The Interview Wizard uses several question types to collect information.
These include:
- Text and Textarea fields for short and long-form responses.
- Select and Multiselect fields for predefined options.
- Checklists for selecting multiple items from a defined list.
- Date fields for effective dates, review schedules, and similar information.
- Process Flow Editors for defining sequential process steps used in hazard analysis.
- Hazard Analysis Tables for mapping hazards to process steps, including severity and control measures.
- Confirm Lists for reviewing and approving generated items before they are included in the completed document.

Related documents are included as cross-references in the assembled document.
This is useful for connecting documents such as HACCP Plans with supporting SOPs and PRPs.
