Playbook includes tools to help align your documents with GFSI certification schemes, document hazard analyses, and build FSMA 204 Traceability Plans.
GFSI Clause Tagging
If you selected GFSI certification schemes when creating your document, clause tagging is available.
Supported schemes include:
- SQF Edition 9
- BRCGS Issue 9
- FSSC 22000 v6
- IFS Food v8
- GLOBALG.A.P. IFA v6
- PrimusGFS v3.2
During the final steps of the Interview Wizard, you can tag document sections with the appropriate clause numbers.
Tagged clauses are included in the assembled document for audit readiness.
Hazard Analysis Tables
Hazard Analysis tables connect each process step to its identified hazards and control measures.
For each process step, you can define:
- Severity
- Likelihood
- Whether the step is a Critical Control Point (CCP)
You can use AI Hazard Suggestions as a starting point and refine the hazards and controls for your operation.
Completed Hazard Analysis tables are included as formatted sections in the final document.
FSMA 204 Traceability Plans
The Traceability Plan document type creates a Food Traceability Rule plan tailored to your role in the supply chain.
When creating a Traceability Plan, select your covered-entity profile:
- Farm
- Initial Packer
- Seafood Receiver
- Manufacturer
- Distribution Center
- Restaurant
- Retail
The interview is tailored to the selected profile and covers:
- Food Traceability List (FTL) coverage
- Exemptions
- Critical Tracking Events (CTEs)
- Key Data Elements (KDEs)
- Lot-code policy
The document also includes sections for records management and the FDA 24-hour sortable spreadsheet requirement.
Compliance dates and FTL scope are provided as guidance. Verify requirements against current FDA guidance for your operation.
