Why are we being required to make this change?
Trustwell is committed to the maintainability and safety of our platform. The AS2 public certificate for FoodLogiQ is expiring and to enhance security, ensure continued compliance with industry standards, and maintain communication with our customers we are requesting you to make this small change. All AS2 customers will need to replace the current public certificate in their AS2 application with the new certificate, which will be made available to download in FoodLogiQ Connect UI along with email communications.
The required date for this change is December 16th, 2024 at 4pm ET. On Dec. 16th at 4 pm, you must download the new certificate and replace FoodLogiQ’s current public certificate in your 3rd party application with the new one to ensure no disruptions to your account.
What will happen if I don't make the change on December 16th?
To ensure the continued security and functionality of file transfers, including tracking events, all AS2 transfers will be temporarily unavailable until the AS2 public certificate for FoodLogiQ is updated with the new certificate.
