Manage + Monitor
Audits and Assessments
- Updated the logic for showing/hiding the product and location information when working on an audit from a to-do to follow the audit template’s settings. Previously, if an assessment was part of a location requirement, products could not be included in the assessment (even if they were enabled on the template). Per the settings on the template, the updated logic allows for the addition of locations on audits from product requirements and products on audits from location requirements.
- Added a new optional column to the audit and assessment table for the name of the user that last updated an audit, allowing users to quickly see who made the last change.
Documents
- Enhanced the document details page to highlight the status of a document, instead of relying solely on the icons at the top of the screen.
- Updated the wording for suppliers with documents archived by the Community Owner to refer them to the to-do list for any subsequent actions.
Incidents
- Extended FoodLogiQ webhooks to include notifications about incidents. After configuration, whenever an incident is created, updated, has a status change, or is deleted in the platform, a webhook will be sent out to those clients that are subscribed. Push notifications like webhooks provide a better integration experience than having to poll to find out if anything has changed and are critical for workflow-type integrations.
- Updated the location selection on incidents to exclude inactive locations.
Locations
- Added a new export option for locations to allow for the download of only the columns that are currently visible on the screen, making it easy to parse through the CSV when there is a large number of custom attributes.
- For community owners editing supplier locations, users will now be able to edit custom or private attributes without completing all required attributes on the location. This change will empower users to quickly update private attributes (for internal reference numbers, third-party integrations, and other use cases) without blocking progress from outstanding required custom attributes.
- When viewing a supplier’s location, updated the supplier attribute to be a clickable hyperlink to the supplier overview, which can be utilized for viewing additional information about the supplier.
Products
- Introduced the ability to export a stylized PDF of a supplier’s product information, which can be used to share product information with non-FoodLogiQ users.
- When viewing a supplier’s product, updated the supplier attribute to be a clickable hyperlink to the supplier overview, which can be utilized for viewing additional information about the supplier.
- Added a new export option for product to allow for the download of only the columns that are currently visible on the screen, making it easy to parse through the CSV when there is a large number of custom attributes.
- For community owners editing supplier products, users will now be able to edit custom or private attributes without completing all required attributes on the location. This change will empower users to quickly update private attributes (for internal reference numbers, third-party integrations, and other use cases) without blocking progress from outstanding required custom attributes.
Reports
- Added timeline graphs to audit reporting. This graph use case will allow users to compare how the average response score or number of audit responses has trended over time.
Workflows
- Updated the primary action for the workflow table view from a “+” button to explicitly showcase the Add Workflow action.
Track + Trace
Events
- Expanded the location information on event details to include each location’s address, country, and a map to visualize the product journey beyond a location name and a GLN.
- Added Landing and Harvest (Aquaculture) critical tracking events (CTEs) to the platform. Each CTE aligns with the Global Dialogue on Seafood Traceability for its key date elements (KDEs). Visibility to each event type follows the existing permissions scheme, meaning only businesses that enable the permissions for their roles will see the new event types.
- Based on the FAO code list for aquatic species, extended product contents support for Landing, Harvest (Aquaculture), and Transformation events to allow for species as well as products with GTINs. This use case enables first-mile events, as well as any other events that include unfinished seafood products.
Recall + Response
Withdrawals
- For unauthenticated users responding to a withdrawal, added a banner and updated the cursor to indicate that each row in the table is clickable to respond to a withdrawal.
