Overview
As a Community Owner, you have the ability to upload products in bulk on a supplier's behalf. This is a great way to speed up the onboarding process for existing suppliers. You can also add product's on a supplier's behalf one at a time. For more information on how to upload products on a one-off basis, you can see the Adding a Product on Behalf of a Supplier article.
Steps to add Products in bulk for your Supplier
- Select "Products" from the left navigation menu to visit the Products page
- Click on the tab that has the community name you are adding a product for. (Not the All tab).
- Click on the import icon in the top right of the page.
- Select the Supplier for whom you're performing the import
- Select the type of product you are importing, then select Download Template.
- Open the .csv file and complete the fields, including one product per row.
- Once complete, save as a .csv formatted file and upload on the import page.
- Click Save. If there are processing errors you will see these details on the history tab. To view recently uploaded products add the "Last Updated" column to your products page and sort so the most recent are at the top of the list.

1. You first need to navigate to products Page
2. When importing a supplier's product in bulk, you will need to select the Community of which the supplier is a member (not the My Products Tab):
3. Once on the Products page, click the import button
As a community owner, you'll then need to confirm the proper community is selected; then, you'll select the supplier and the product type, and click Download Template
Once downloaded, open the .csv file and complete the fields, including one product per row. Once complete, save as a .csv formatted file and upload on the import page.
