Community owners will have the ability to view a supplier’s to-do list so they can see what suppliers have left in order to fulfill their community's requirements. Community owners will also be able to complete product, location, and new document to-dos for their suppliers from the supplier detail page.
Steps to Viewing Supplier To-dos
1. In order to view your supplier’s details along with their supplier to-do list click on Suppliers on the left navigation menu.
2. Here you will see a list view of all your suppliers along with other critical column items that you have configured within your list view.
NOTES:
The number of To-dos is a count of all product, location, document, and assessment requirements.
The number of to-dos will not be part of your export list.
Select the supplier you want to see details on by clicking on the specific row. To see the supplier to-do list make sure you are on the summary tab. Here you will see a list view of the supplier’s to-do list.
Within the Supplier to-do list section, you are able to reorganize the display of the to-do list by selecting the to-do dropdown option.
Within the supplier's list view, you will have the option to complete a document requirement ONLY with a new document on behalf of a supplier.NOTES:
Only community owner users with Supplier Information > View + Edit permission on documents and View+Edit Product or Locations will be able to complete a document to-do. If a user does not have this permission then the attach document button will be greyed out.
Community owners will not be able to complete an assessment requirement for their suppliers, this to-do action button will of a lighter color and not clickable.
In order to complete a document To-do on behalf of a Supplier, click on the green “Attach Document” button.
Once you click on the “Attach Document” button, a window will appear. Here you will be able to Create New Document or select from Recommended which are documents the supplier has previously shared of the same type.
Once you complete your specific to-do it will be cleared from your supplier’s to-do list.
The Community owner user admins will have the ability to clear optional to-dos from their dashboard without attaching a document/assessment. In order to clear a to-do click on the clear to-do link.
