Overview
Community Owners have the ability to send a Corrective Action (CA) to individual questions on a submitted assessment. After a CA is created, the supplier is then alerted of what they need to do to fulfill the CA. CAs can only be assigned to assessments that are in the stage/status of Submitted. This article will explain how to submit, reply to, and complete a CA for both the Community Owner and the Supplier.

Instructions for Entering a Corrective Action on an Assessment (For Community Owners)
- Login to your business account within FoodLogiQ Connect (connect.foodlogiq.com), and click on "Assessments" on the left navigation menu.
- Click on the Assessment.
- Go to the question you wish to assign a corrective action to.
- Just below each question is a "+ Add new" link.
- Click on the one that corresponds to the question you need to make a corrective action for.
- Fill out the problem, and assign a due date to this for the supplier.
- Click on Submit to send the corrective action to the supplier, or click on Cancel to exit out of this section and not save anything.
- The supplier will now get notified of the Corrective Action and due date.
Instructions for Approving/Denying a Corrective Action on an Assessment (For Community Owners)
- Login to your business account within FoodLogiQ Connect (connect.foodlogiq.com), and click on "Assessments" on the left navigation menu.
- After the Supplier has completed the corrective action, you will be notified and can approve and reject their CA. To do this, go to the Assessments section, and click on Corrective Actions.
- Click anywhere on that row to open the CA. After reviewing, please either Approve or Reject the CA.
Instructions for Completing a Corrective Action on an Assessment (For Suppliers/Distributors)
- Login to your business account within FoodLogiQ Connect (connect.foodlogiq.com), and click on "Assessments" on the left navigation menu.
- Click on the Corrective Actions tab, and click on the row with a CA.
- Fill out the corrective action and click Submit once complete.
- The status of the corrective action will change to pending, and will now go to the Community Owner for their approval.
