Once an audit or assessment has been scheduled for a supplier to complete, they will appear on the supplier to-do list within their dashboard. This will ensure that suppliers are easily aware of critical tasks they need to complete and can complete them directly from their dashboard. To learn more about scheduling an audit and assessment click here.
The Supplier To-Do List can be filtered by the to-do category - allowing the user to quickly find To-Dos pertaining to assessment requirements, document requirements, expiring documents, items with missing attributes, or scheduled assessments. Steps to completing a scheduled supplier audit or assessment
1. As a supplier, you will see a scheduled audit or assessment on your to-do list if you have one available to complete. Within each ‘Scheduled Assessment’ to-do card you will be able to identify if this to-do is for your business or location as well as other relevant information.
Please note: A scheduled assessment to-do card will be required and can not be cleared by the supplier or the community owner.
2. To only see scheduled assessment to-dos, you can use the filter option on the top right of the to-do list.
3. To complete the scheduled assessment, click on the green action button on the to-do card. Only users with edit permissions will be able to update the appropriate object. See Viewing and Completing Your To-do Action Items as a Supplier Knowledge Base article for more details.
Please note: For scheduled assessments, the green action button will always say Cont. Assessment since the assessment to be conducted has already been generated. Users should receive an email notification once a scheduled assessment has been made available and can follow that link to the named scheduled assessment.
