As a Community Owner, you may wish to give only certain individuals within your company the ability to complete a particular audit or assessment. Assigning a specific role or specific users within your community to a supplier audit ensures that only users with that role or those specific users have access to edit the audit.
Steps to Assigning a Role to an Audit/Assessment
1. Create a new audit by clicking the Add Audit button.
2. Choose the preferred template and supplier. Change the audit Name if needed.
3. Click Start New Audit.
4. Once the Audit/Assessment is created, a specific role within your community can be assigned. Roles will only appear in the dropdown menu if they have view and edit access to Audits and Assessments or view and edit access to this Audit/Assessment template.
NOTE: If an Assigned Role is selected on an audit, any user with that role can make changes to the audit - even if a specific Assigned User is also chosen.
