Investigations interface in the FoodLogiQ Traceability product allows users to trace products at a batch-lot level along their supply chain. Users can identify gaps in their Critical Tracking Event (CTE) data, create a withdrawal directly from an investigation, see a timeline and map view of the movement of product, and more. The Investigations feature is a powerful tool for supply chain visualization, end-to-end traceability, and convergence analysis. Investigations can also be used to issue withdrawals using our FoodLogiQ Recall product.
To get started, visit Investigations under FoodLogiQ Traceability in the left navigation panel. Here you'll see your list of past investigations (if any). To start a new investigation, click the "Create an Investigation" button.
